The CNC slicer is independently developed by our company. It is
mainly controlled by a well-known domestic brand PLC. The feed
adopts the most reliable hybrid stepper motor and servo motor. The
whole machine has a high degree of automation and a thick and thin
meat roll. The thickness is uniform and it advances and retreats
automatically. . The whole machine is welded and processed from
food-grade 304 stainless steel, with more stable mechanical
properties. High integration, small size, fast response speed,
complete protection, high reliability, long life cycle, low
maintenance rate, etc Suitable for frozen beef and mutton, seafood

Advantages of the slicer
a) High degree of automation. Adjust the thickness without
stopping, one-button operation of forward and backward, and
automatic back function. Really realizes one-touch operation of
numerical control in a real sense.
b) High cutting efficiency. The slicing speed of the CNC microtome
is 50 times / minute, and the slicing speed of the mechanical
microtome is 36 times / minute, which is 30% more efficient than
the mechanical microtome.
c) The whole machine is made of food grade 304 stainless steel, and
the pusher adopts double guide feed. The machine runs more stably
and the slice thickness is consistent.
d) The starting height is larger, suitable for cutting beef and
