The vegetable cutting machine mainly cuts long strips of
vegetables, and the speed of the conveyor belt and the speed of the
turning knife are adjusted by the frequency converter, and can be
independently controlled. Designed and manufactured according to
international advanced machinery, the structure is reasonable.
1. By changing the ox-horn blades into strip blades, it can cut
root vegetables like carrot,onion,
bamboo shoot, lotus, potato, carrot, eggplant, sweet potato, taro,
and radish etc. into strip
shape.

3. Though adjusting the speed of knife and belt by excact inverter,
the cutting size can be
changed according to clients' needs.
4. This machine used SUS 304 Stainless Steel which can meet
internation food grade standards.
