Performance characteristics:
1. The upper and lower studios are made of high-quality aluminum,

working procedure is automatically controlled by the electrical
system.

Main structure and working principle:
1. This machine is mainly composed of five parts: upper and lower
working room, heating plate, frame, vacuum system and electrical
control system.
2. The body-fitting film divides the sealed vacuum chamber into
upper and lower chambers. The pressure difference between the upper
and lower working chambers is adjusted by automatic control, so
that the heated body-fitting film is pasted on the packaged object
and the pallet to form a packaging effect.

Model 760 is a common film on the market. The width of the film is
760mm, and the effective area of the packaging room: 700 * 500mm.
Calculate how many trays can be placed at one time according to the
tray size provided by the customer. After the tray is placed in the
mold, the film is stretched out and spread out. On the surface,
gland, work (the film roll is generally set behind the machine, the
film roll is purchased by the customer, we can recommend the
manufacturer). A cutter with a similar blade on the edge of each
tray mold can automatically cut the film. After the packaging is
finished, all the trays are taken out, and the film on the edge is
peeled off at a time to put the next batch of trays. The packaging
time is about 30 seconds each time about. One machine is only
equipped with one mold, customers can request more molds with
different specifications, and extra money will be charged.
